Who we are
V1 Consulting is an IT consultancy practice delivering technology fit for the future. Founded by Joseph Melville, a technology professional with over 15 years’ experience working in the IT industry, Joseph has worked across the UK with a wide range of businesses of differing sizes and in a mixture of sectors – from small projects for sole traders, right up to large change programmes in organisations such as Experian, Ordnance Survey, and P&O Cruises.

Our consultancy practice began life in 2021 specialising in software testing, and since our incorporation as V1 Consulting in 2024 we have expanded into agile coaching and project & programme delivery management. Our name, V1, references the fact that we like to get things right first time. This approach helps to minimise rework, reduce unnecessary costs & overheads, and instil confidence from the very beginning – all to help you achieve success and stay one step ahead.
