Delivering confidence on two concurrent programmes.

We were the go-to contact for the programmes’ testing activities.

We delivered the QA and testing elements of both programme plans, right down to an individual task level, including code reviews, requirement risk assessments, and representation at Technical Design Authorities.

We managed onshore and offshore test teams.

We were ultimately accountable for Experian’s onshore test team in the ID & Fraud portfolio and the third party supplier’s offshore test team on the MID Enhancements programme.

We were responsible for all project quality reporting.

We created QA status reports, quality gate reporting and test-exit reporting for senior programme personnel including delivery managers, project managers, the Head of Testing and the CIO.

ID & Fraud Protection Portfolio

We delivered enhancements across the Experian ID and Fraud Protection portfolio, which operates a number of products and services including Authenticate, Identity Intelligence Questioning, Prove-ID, Bank Wizard, Detect and Hunter – all designed to help combat against identity theft, payment fraud and money laundering.

MID Enhancements

We delivered assurance on significant front-end and back-end enhancements to the Motor Insurance Database. Used primarily by the Police, DVLA and motor insurers, the MID holds details on all UK insured drivers and covers approximately 30 million active motor insurance policies for all types of domestic and commercial vehicles.
