We wrote test plans and managed test execution activities.
We worked across multiple projects to create test plans, estimate tickets, and write & execute test scripts. We also facilitated UAT with internal stakeholders and ran witness testing on vendor deliverables.
We created a new quality gate report, now used across all IT projects.
We designed and implemented a brand new one-page quality report into the test team as part of their drive to improve IT testing processes and establish a benchmark for quality.
We guided and educated Scrum teams.
We were a key player in developing Scrum best practice with project and business stakeholders during sprint planning, refinement, review and retrospective ceremonies.

The Projects
One Salesforce
This project merged four legacy instances of Salesforce into a single centralised installation, whilst migrating to the Salesforce Lightning framework. After go-live, there was enhancement work undertaken to further streamline the new single system.
Dental Dashboard
The objective of this greenfield project was to complete an entire rebuild of the customer-facing online portal system used by dentists and dental practices (both front-end and back-end), to overhaul and modernise the current dashboard offering.
Digital Comms
This project set out to reduce the number of paper-based communications sent out to customers, such as letters and cheques, by delivering communications via email and self-service portals in line with the organisation’s sustainability strategy.
