We led programme testing for E2E, SIT and UAT.
We were accountable for all functional and non-functional aspects of programme-level testing and E2E release management activities; creating test strategies, progress reports and test closure documents for key deliveries as well as planning & overseeing UAT cycles with customers and partners.
We managed Ordnance Survey’s entire testing function.
We managed a team of permanent and contract Test Leads, who in turn were responsible for Test Analysts and Test Engineers, as well as a further test team provided by the PSGA Testing external supplier.
We were responsible for resource budgeting and forecasting.
We managed the fixed-figure test budget, by forecasting resources and spend based on the programme’s testing and contractual requirements.
